Net Assets Test Total net assets of at least $2,500,000 (including primary residence equity, investment properties, SMSF, shares, and controlled entities).

Gross Income Test Gross income of at least $250,000 per year in each of the last two completed financial years (salary, trust distributions, director fees, business income before tax).
