Request a Valuation

Use this secure form to request a formal valuation of a business, real property, shares or other CGT asset. Tenfold Wealth Accountants is a Chartered Accounting firm, registered tax practitioner, licensed real estate agent and Member of the Australian Property Institute. Every valuation is prepared in accordance with APES 225 (Valuation Services) and the ATO's Market valuation for tax purposes guidance.

This form is a request for engagement, not an engagement itself. After receiving your request we will run our independence and conflict checks, then issue an engagement letter setting out the scope, deliverable and fixed fee for your approval. No work begins, and no fee is payable, until you sign and return the engagement letter.

Fields marked * are required. The information you provide is collected, held and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Dual-Capacity Disclosure

Tenfold Wealth Accountants and its principals are jointly authorised as a Chartered Accountant, a registered tax practitioner, a licensed real estate agent and a Member of the Australian Property Institute. We may act for you in more than one of those capacities. The following disclosures address that dual capacity.

Disclosure of capacities and limitations
  • As a Chartered Accountant and Member of the API, we prepare valuations in accordance with APES 225 and the relevant International Valuation Standards (IVS) / ANZ Valuation and Property Standards. Our valuations are advisory in nature and are not real estate appraisals or market opinions for sale.
  • As a registered tax practitioner (TPB), we may provide tax advice that arises from the valuation. Tax services are governed by the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 and the Tax Practitioners Board Code of Professional Conduct.
  • As a licensed real estate agent, we are entitled to act in the sale or leasing of real property. We do not combine valuation work with selling-agent representation of the same asset for the same client at the same time. Where you wish to engage us to sell or lease the property, that will be the subject of a separate appointment.
  • Our valuation report cannot be used as a sworn valuation for compulsory acquisition, mortgage security or insurance purposes unless we have specifically agreed in writing to that purpose.
8. Tax Practitioner Board Disclosures

  • Tenfold Wealth Accountants is a trading name of Rider Financial Group Pty Limited. Our tax services are provided by registered tax practitioners under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009.
  • The Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) maintains a public Register of Tax Practitioners and a Disciplinary Register on which you can verify our registration status and any sanctions.
